Description:  Unsure what the first argument is, however, the topic focuses on the council and business council. Discussion continues on oil and gas, how at this point it's a hot spot, and it's considered to be the best contract that was given to Indians. The following topic is on the water cases and what the tribe owns. Finally a question was asked: What did the SBC talk about in Washington?

Possible new meeting. The conversation starts about the nursing home on the reservation. People don't want their elders to be placed outside of the rez and are aware it's going to be a lot of work. Next is the issue with getting a general store on the reservation.
